📜 Terms of Service (TOS)

GENERAL
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the terms listed below.I have the right to decline any request I am uncomfortable with.Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request. (check add-ons on Vgen)PAYMENTS
Full payment is required upfront through VGen.I only accept commissions through VGen, direct payments are not allowed. VGen will automatically handle currency conversion. Any conversion fees are the client’s responsibility.REVISIONS
During the sketch phase the client may ask for as many revisions as they wish.Minor adjustments can be made after the sketch phase, during the lineart and coloring phase, but not during the final rendering.I will provide WIPs (work-in-progress screenshots) during the process and the client may request as many WIP updates as they need.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The average time for me to start a commission is usually almost immediately after the request is submitted and the delivery time for the final piece can vary depending on the complexity of the request, but it typically takes 1 week to 1 month max. If any significant delay occurs, I will inform the client.Check the details in each product description to see the size and image format of the final files.USE
My commissions are for personal use (profile pictures, banners, etc.) unless if stated otherwise. If the client wishes for a commission to be used for monetized content or commercial merchandising, they must request it accordingly on the request form. (and additional charges will occur) My art cannot be used for NFTs, AI training or anything of the sort. You may post the artwork on social media, but proper credit to me is required.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on social media and use it for self-promotion (unless otherwise agreed) Character's rights belong to their respective owners.The client may not claim the artwork as their own, resell, redistribute, or alter it without permission.The artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes, NFTs, AI training softwares or anything related to that.REFUNDS
The final opportunity to request a refund is when the commission is at the colored sketch stage (which I will send to you for a review)Reminder that I am also being paid for my time and effort on the piece, which both cannot be returned once a project has begun.If you are still unsatisfied with the commission, we can discuss the situation in DMs and try to find a solution together, I'm very open minded so don't be scared to talk to me!COMMUNICATION
Communication will take place through Discord, Vgen or Instagram DMs. Client must provide clear references and accurate information about their character(s) in the request form or in DMs to avoid any misunderstanding.Any lack of response/ghosting may result in delivery delays.
